This is my VLOG as Titled. This is one of those… Truth Videos where i tell it how it is on a few things! I do however explain and demonstrate how i track and setup my workouts in the Bodyspace App. This allows me to track my workouts and know how i am trekking in terms of improving weight and reps, etc.. And Times my accelerated Cardio without me having to do anything other than entering my weight and rep amount lifted. But don’t worry… its not all negative… I have Calf Gains!!
