Welcome to the PBF Tire Drill Routine, not many athlete’s make it through this full 1 hour workout routine which involves 3 to 4 different size truck tires. Speed you may have, Quick you may be, Endurance you may posses, and Power may be your claim to fame, but PBF’s well structured tire workout has been able to break down and build up each individual that has attempted to conquer the entire workout. This workout routine bottles all 4 categories (Speed, Quickness, Endurance & Power), bringing them together, causing bodies to shake, muscles to burn for hours after the workout, makes the fit look unfit, and gives all athletes that mental toughness challenge they all desire. The trainer with the athlete in the video is the President of PBF Inc. Andre Hudson, the athlete is St. Pete native “Joc” Skinner, also a Member of the St. Pete “Wrecking Crew”( Boca Ciega High School, Football & Track)

All athlete’s need to start prepping their bodies for the LUC Athletic Enhancement and Mentoring Program (FREE Speed, Quickness, Agility, Power, Endurance training Camp offered to all advanced athletes from ages 8 to 19yrs old) The program start June 14th and ends on August 6th, 2010.
