Hey guys what’s up, Jonny here to take you through my quick medicine ball core workout.
Today, you’ll be completing the following three exercises for 5 total rounds! Each round is what I like to call a “tri-set”. Each movement will be performed for 20 seconds each.
You can take 20 to 30 second breathers after each tri-set, but keep in mind that the shorter the rest breaks, the more intense the fat burning effect will be… Let’s get it started, fellas.
1. Sit-up ball weaves for 20 seconds
2. Wall sit twists for 20 seconds
3. Reverse ball crunches for 20 seconds
2:30 – Round 1
3:49 – Round 2
5:05 – Round 3
6:35 – Round 4
7:30 – Round 5
8:54 – Great workout here today guys – Using a medicine ball is an awesome way to train your core because it forces the muscles that make up the six pack to stabilize and contract during every second of these tri-sets that we performed today.
